Richie Greenberg is a San Francisco-based conservative political commentator, national network contributor, columnist, podcaster and activist. He was the Republican candidate for mayor of San Francisco in the June 2018 special mayoral election, campaigning largely on a tough-on-crime platform, on city hall accountability, opposing "Safe Injection Sites", slashing the bloated budget, and putting the brakes on out of control homelessness spending. 2016-2021

Active between 2016 and 2021, Greenberg was involved in San Francisco Republican Party leadership first having been endorsed for his candidacy for District 1 supervisor (city councilman) in 2016. He then served as a delegate alternate on the San Francisco Republican County Central Committee (SFRCCC) until elected to full delegate status in May, 2018. Greenberg further joined the SFGOP Executive Committee as the Vice Chair of Volunteers, as assistant to the Vice Chair of Political Affairs, and as a member of the Rapid Response Comms Team. He retained his Central Committee delegate seat in the 2019/2020 election. He was also elected at-large board member of the San Francisco Log Cabin Republicans, and was an adjunct member of the SF Republican Women Federated. He often presented before the SF Young Republicans, and was active in the Bay Area Conservatives meetup group as well.

Richie Greenberg was appointed as delegate to represent California's Assembly District 19 (San Francisco), to the California State GOP. He participated in two state GOP conventions, in Sacramento and Palm Desert, California.

 

 

Republican Jewish Coalition
2020 - present

Greenberg is currently an active member of the Republican Jewish Coalition for the 2023/2024 year. He is an outspoken advocate of Jewish causes as well as supporter of Israel.
